Here in the neighborhood, we’re very proud of our trees. Oaks and pines far outnumber the other species, but we also have magnolias, persimmons, dogwoods, pears, hollies, maples, sweet gum…
Oh, and then there’s this tree. It’s so tall, it towers above all the others. Having trouble identifying the species? I believe the Latin name is Cellphoneum toweris.
