It’s the day after Valentine’s Day and the heart flags are still flying happily in the neighborhood. That’s great, because the world needs more love and happiness. I hope they stay up until the end of the week.
Oops, did I say the end of the week? My bad.
Here in the neighborhood, we move a little more slowly than that.
It’s the day after Valentine’s Day and we still have decorations up for all kinds of expired holidays.
There are still Halloween skeletons in the trees.
Christmas ornaments hanging from branches.
And a least one stash of fall pumpkins.
