Mysterious packages have been appearing in the neighborhood. Some of these objects are all bundled in black; some are wrapped in white.
Even the Crime Watch Zone has been infiltrated!
What could these bundles be?
Oh! Fire hydrants. Who would have guessed? Looks like we’re all set for those 4th of July fireworks now.
By the way, did you know that fire hydrants are not necessarily installed in their finished state? The different colors can be painted on at different times — sometimes months apart.
